go to the unknown section and open it. any of the selections without a box on the very left of them is a flex. to use them, select the flex you want, go to the minitools on right next to the model selector, and then underneath all of the camera an lighting controls, there should be a slider with the same name as the flex. move the slider left and right to move the flex. sorry if this didnt help im not very good at explaining things
