What's underpowered?
Talk about what's now underpowered. Pointing out why (if it was nerfed) it is underpowered or what would make it suck less would be nice too.

To bring it in line wit hcontract gold nerf. Gold cost of recruiting people to your camp, 80+ gold is absolutely ridiculous to recruit random peasant from tavern. You can recruit skilled knight now for 30 gold, peasants should cost 15-20.

To start on contracts you need at least 4-5 people, in vanilla you can do couple travel contracts and have enough money, but with your nerf you need to do how many travels?

Perhaps I could add a discount for the first 5-ish courtiers, other than that i think the prices are more fair now? Vanilla ones are bugged (everyone costs the same no matter the skill), i fixed it and lowered the base, so not-great people shouldn't cost that much (30-40 gold in my experience), while truly good courtiers with like 2 stats in 20+ cost around 80.

Maybe i could lower it some more, or make price scaling a bit less harsh on the lower skill people....

Slapped -20% cost for recruiting people. Should maybe make it a gamerule and reduce scaling for <40 skill too, but that will do for now
