How do i merge this Mod with the Cheat Mod II so that i get the best of both worlds?

Would like to use the realism of this Mod with the infinite resources of Cheat Mod. How do i merge or make them into a single Mod? Any suggestions? I recall editing the SCAR file using Worldbuilder. But forgot the steps.
