Currently the recipe is hidden, until I find a good use for them in future content.

I'm assuming I missed a recipe/research that requires them.
Which one is it?
(I found the Black Market Weapon weapons that still use them, if there are others lmk)

I'll swap it to the "normal" Top Secret Military Fragment before todays update
