Current logic:
Hacking terminal shows as a tech when:
"Hacking Device" in Offical Trade tech column is complete
Note: This requires you be a few tiers of research into the Official Trading column
You have 1 Hacking device build in your colony

To Unlock the tech to go into the research queue:
Electronics, CPU Cores, and Hacking Device need to be researched
A Signal Relay is built and powered
You have a survivor with an int of 4+

I just tested this on my end and had it unlock for me.
The signal relay being built + powered may be slightly finnicky, so if it all looks good I can a peek at the save.

I will be updating the reminder from the colonists to be clearer for the next update

i think i havent unlocked hacking in research.. i cant figure out how to be able to research it..

Have you unlocked/researched the following techs in the Official Trading column:
Trading Console (T0)
Donating our Excess (T0)
Galactic Refinery (T1)
Galactic Furnace (T1)

They are the minimum required technologies to start having the Hacking Device tech displayed (Which is Tier 2)

I quickly glanced and all but the Donating our excess should have a little blurp saying "Required to unlock next Galactican Trade Tier" in their hover UI.
In general, prioritizing technologies with that blurb will unlock everything the quickest.

Thank you so much for your time.. this is a start to understanding how to run this mod.. im in love with it, i have played and finished all other scenarios, this allows me to still play. once i understand how to fully use this mod i can stream it.. im so excited

hy..have a question too about the hacking device...
everytime i creat a hacking device they stop at work is ending and nobody put them out...and as i buy it it get lost...so i do something wrong or maybe another mod kolision??and thx for keeping this at live^^
edit-mod collision with another mod...beyond or omega..drop this 2 out and all works fine now ;)
