Defence Project X
Hi. How to get the defence available in Project-X like Galactic turrets, Cuber turrets...etc.

Those are available in the new technology tabs project x adds

Scroll to the right and you can see the requirements to unlock the next batch of techs

Galactic and cyber turrets I believe are tier 3 or 4 iirc. Essentially requiring you to research some of the basic components and another building or two. Then weapons are ready to be researched
