First, I love this mod, you did an amazing job to make this a fun experience given the limitations of the current engine.

The one thing, I feel I would like to see though is Venice not having a unique culture in 867. Although the culture there is pretty decent, I imagine many players will have their own vision with where they would like to take the culture and having it preset is quite limiting. It would be nice to start with the cisalpine in 867 and then get it advanced on our own as the game progresses.
