I'd love to see genes that control pawns sire/carry status. That would allow finer control on a per xenotype basis.

Is there any way you could fix extended family calculations assuming that only one pawn of each gender can be a biological parent of any given pawn? Family trees are pretty broken right now.

I think it would be interesting if this mod had integration with Altered Carbon so that if someone who is trans is resleeved into a sleeve that matches their gender identity they get a mood buff instead of a mood debuff

Hi! I noticed that the health effects for trans/cisgender and able to carry/sire children triggers body modders apreciation. I think may need fixing in the future.
