It wouldn't need required DLC, but it would take a little more time because I wouldn't be just borrowing like I did from VALVe. He would be free, like Alyx and all of mine will be. And as for the obvious Vortigaunts, Roach (yes, the Roach) has a Vortigaunt SNPC on his account. It will also be in "required" DLC (no: you DO NOT HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE HL2 DEFAULTS OR THE VORT: ALYX WILL WORK FINE WITHOUT EITHER, YOU JUST NEED THE BASE.)

Chell is also a default, and so are the Day of Defeat defaults, Counter-Strike Arctic and so on. Will I do the other CS playermodels that don't show up? Again, someone else may have dreams.

No, I will not do Team Fortress 2 models or add-ons. I care nothing for the game and want nothing to do with it, especially on G-Mod. That can be somebody else's trial, not mine.
