make him able to put an overlay up your screen then it disables after 10 seconds

I'd love it so he can put you into stasis, like freeze you, then he can walk up to you and do a monologue before killing you, it'd feel badass lol

make him able to spawn minions and give him a health bar like a video game boss

seperate npc, so that you can still spawn normal gman. unless its already like that.

You can only defeat him with rifle balls.
