How to win as Democratic Germany?
I've tried so many different builds but no matter what, I can't get EU intergration to even 80% by war start and then russia just get stupidly powerful buffs like +40% attack and an infinite army of tanks. Like is the person who made this some russophile living in the middle of Siberia? Any ideas on how to win or is it a "Supposed to lose" situation?

its very easy to unify eu but you have to do it AFTER the first russian-europe war

do you have to lose or win to form the EU? and how do you up the integration enough?

you need to loose to Medvedev (Europe's post defeat path is tied to Russia's)
