The "Revolution of the 21st Century" focus in China's focus tree grants said it grants -0.2% Recuitable Population but it's actually -2.5% after doing the focus. I checked the mod files and found the value to be -0.0025 I tried changing the value to -0.002 and that grants you -0.2% in game. I assumed the dev wanted to give the player -0.25% but that doesn't work for whatever reason. Also I didn't notice the problem after 5 years in game so I want to ask if there is any way to change the national spirit value after it has been modified by the focus tree? If not I might just have to remove it.
