i've heard some people using "latine" or just "latin" as alternatives, latine is supposed to actually work more with romance languages and latin is just "ok just ignore the grammatical gender"
both imo are much better than whatever tf "latinx" is (i personally pronounce it as "la-tinks") but if you prefer that over all the other alternatives godspeed to you
