I played Russian empire previously and got Vlasov as leader after the supreme leader dies post Nato war. Now i Get Sherin. And the focus tree is different too. Is this an actual change or did I do something different because I swear I did everything the exact same. ( I liked old Tree because it has Alpha new one is not as good IMO)
