Survival spawn ships not right and asteroids
Hi i built a solar system but when i play the game in survival a respawn ship and one of the drop pod spawns doesnt spawn anywhere near the planet, the respawn ship is miles away from the sun how do i fix this ?

I started the world with asteroids in deep space, proxy planets seem to bug SE vanilla asteroids within a certain distance, Asteroids around planets work fine just not the vanilla asteroids.

Upgrade miles to light seconds my man lol. This is speculation on my part but I think this might be just the way SE normally decides where to spawn ships being messed up by the proxy space. You may have noticed the options in the world settings in the system editor, one of them being something like "mark real bodies". The actual physical planets aren't around [0;0;0], they are light seconds [ls] away from the world center. I', guessing that SE always places the respawn ship at what it conciders the edge of the system somewhere random inside of it and it uses the planets as border stones. An override is not yet implemented to my knowledge.

As for the asteroids, there is a setting in the world options in the system editor to allow asteroids in proxy space, enabling that should fix your issue. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of them just being around everywhere but luckily for me, there is Planetary Asteroid Ring mod that works very well with this. Needs a little finagling to set up, though.
Yeah its just a saying its a long way lol and ok ill try that.
