I wasn't allowed to post this as a comment, so I will post it like this, I noticed that this missed a couple nations, so here's a list of the ones I noticed were wrong so that hopefully they can be fixed.

-Ambazonia has an incorrect portrait and leader name (Should be Samuel Ikome Sako)

-Azawad's leader, portrait, and religion (possibly) are broken, leader should be Alghabass Ag Intalla or possibly some kind of council, as the regions held by Azawad are actually held by a coalition named the Coordination of Azawad Movements. Edit: replaced Bilal Ag Acherif with Alghabass Ag Intalla seeing as in 2016, Alghabass Ag Intalla took over as president of the CAM/CMA

-Jama'at Nasr al-Islam wal-Muslimin has an incorrect flag (Should be using the AQIM flag), an incorrect leader (Should be Iyad Ag Ghaly), and an incorrect portrait.

-Islamic State – Sahel Province has an incorrect leader (Should be Abdulaziz Mahwaz Al-Jamal), an incorrect portrait (Although I haven't actually found a photo of the real man), and an incorrect religion (Their ideology is Salafi jihadism, which is a religiopolitical Sunni Islamist ideology.)

-Western Sahara has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Brahim Ghali)

-Coalition of Patriots for Change has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be François Bozizé Yangouvonda)

-Al-Shabaab has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Ahmad Diriye)

-Houthis have an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Abdul-Malik al-Houthi)

-Cabinda has an incorrect portrait and leader name (Based on what I've found, it should be António Bento Bembe)

-People's Defence Force (Myanmar) has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Yee Mon)

-Karen National Liberation Army has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Saw Johnny)

-Karenni State Interim Executive Council has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Khu Oo Reh)

-Shan has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Yawd Serk)

-Wa has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Bao Youxiang, or his Wa name of Tax Log Pang)

-Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Peng Daxun)

-Kachin has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be N'Ban La)

-Arakan has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Twan Mrat Naing)

-Chinland has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should either be Chairman of Chinland Council Pu Zing Cung, or Prime Minister Pu Pa Thang)

-Islamic State has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Abu Hafs al-Hashimi al-Qurashi)

-Kurdistan has an incorrect leader and portrait (Should be Nechirvan Barzani)

Also to be noted, you'll want to change the dates of birth to match, as the ones with incorrect leaders also have incorrect dates of birth.
