why is there music when i spawn new redesigned characters?

Issue with energy depletion

Bug - If a limb thats welded to an object regenerates the game crashes / teleports the character with the welded limb to 0, 0 of the map and bugs character rotation

Regeneration

How much energy does a human need to regenerate limbs?
My human has 30 energy and yet can't heal one single hp for say the arm, I'd have to give him 500 energy which I do not want, same with dead limbs.
