Energy wiring issues
looks like a mod im using causes the energy to not travel to the machines, even wired and all, i'll probably have to check which one is it

Well, first you put energy into the *oil refinery* and put the *oil shale* in, after that you put the *canister* in the *oil refinery* to make the *rocket fuel canister*.

yeah im pretty sure i know how it works, i tried disablin all mods and trying w macrocosm alone and it worked, im not stupid, i just havent had the time to figure out what mod was causin trouble
