About problem: when i starting downloading addon its not loading and after 25 seconds it says Failed to Download Addon, try check Download Management or smth like that.

Hmm, this kind of error usually occurs on the user's side (i.e., the problem is most often related to the file explorer), so I can't really say much about it.
