That's probably the strongest NPC in ppg
The world cut killed EVERYONE i've put it agains't even powerful personnel mod ppl we're practically dead i didn't test it on saitama only from that one saitama mod.

Now combine it with the level system, copy ability mod, and bob's jjk. I gave Meguna limitless, invincibility (level mod), and a ton of other abilities using copy ability. Also give him 20 fingers so he's a lot more durable (also adds cleave).

The fingers from Bob's jjk. They make the npc you give it to a lot stronger and give all of Sukunas abilities. If you give them 20 fingers you can activate their 4 arm mode which also gives them the mask, but it's broke right now so the arms don't really work and spawn away from the npc.
