make gordon have better aim

i tested him on a map called dev_batlle where combines spawn and he bearly was getting any kills mostly cuz of his ♥♥♥♥♥♥ aim when he was using for example an smg he only hit someone just 2 times and then ran away

I've gave him the best aim avaible in the game.
