Download and extract the zip. Move the vpk file of your choice to the custome folder in the tf directory. Is the same for both mac and windows.

I'll explain. Download the zip file. Go into program files (x86) or whatever you installed steam into. Then open the steam folder. Open the steam apps folder. Then open the common folder. Then open Team Fortress 2. Then open the tf folder. Then open the custom folder. Drag and drop the .vpk file into there. Voila, you have a cool looking wrangler.
