For people who want to suggest things but don't wanna flood the comments

I made this just for the off chance that the devs actually use this ;-;

EDIT: Apparently Suggestions are gonna get denied, stated by the mods Coder, Millipie. You can still make suggestions here, its just highly unlikely they are ACTUALLY gonna get used.

It should follow sources of sound, like if I throw a grenade it should run to it

it shouldn't only run to sources of sound, it should sometimes do that jumpscare it usually does in the movie by leaping to it

Improved hearing system. It's good right now but it isn't perfect.

like i said in my comment its hearing range should be increased and it should also react to prop sounds

another idea i thought could be cool is that when death angel is scanning its able to hear crouched footsteps if you are near it
(edit: i just realized that they are able to hear crouched footsteps when you're very close so forget about this idea)

Make it easier to lose the death angel, from what I've experienced, it only stops chasing you when you're super far away, but in the movie, the freaking toddler dies after turning on the toy rocket, suggesting that they can hear very far away. So please make it so they only lose you when you stop making sound such as turning a corner and immediately crouching/stop making sound. Also make it so they can go through regular sized doors, maybe some sort of animation where it turns itself to fit through the door? It just breaking through and destroying the whole door frame would be difficult but unless you can do it, do the first option.

I expect for this addon to be "special" because of the sound (or noises) it triggers (gun fire, grenade, explosions, sprinting footsteps excluding running, walking or crouching) like in the first three movies. Looking through the NPC or Player (being spotted on any angles) doesn't make sense.
