The mod author hasn't indicated this anywhere inside the mod or it's description itself (as far as I can see), but you need to have both CE campaign and CE MP installed, else the map will take AGES to load, and it won't start when it's done. Oh Mr. Mod author, it would be a great idea to add this to the description of the mod. I would also write it under the level description itself, when you select the map in lobby.
