[BUG] npc ragdolls revert to original textures

When NPCs are killed they revert back to their original textures. I checked to see if this was merely a ragdoll problem, and it wasn't, as I spawned in civillian, rebel and refugee ragdolls to see that the custom textures worked on them.

I had no other mods enabled, and there is still the issue.

Yeah, that's the source Engine issue, which can make alive bodies random at the same time but not dead bodies due to tech limit, sorry

And turned out, left 4 dead mods also have same problems as well
