I just get "Unable to load level."
Any hints for debugging?

Can you please open the developer console (by pressing ~) after you try to load the level and tell me the error?

Have you also tried checking the DLC section in the properties? Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter should be ticked there. If it’s not then it’s the reason why the level isn’t loading.

Yeah, that was the problem - I only owned SS3 and I had to find and buy SS1. Now it works! Thanks!
