How can i retexture this model
I see that you said the texture is diffrent, how can i retexture it's screen?

go to Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\materials\models\contron\phone
And the texture of screen is screen.vtf :)

MrSiwy is right, apologies for the late reply. If I recall correctly I put the screen on a separate texture to make it easier to change.

phone is the texture of the phone itself, the screen is a separate texture

I have everywhere onlu phone.* file nothing about screen.vtf

There is only one texture, for the entire phone. If you want to change the screen, you'll have to change that one particular part of the texture.
