Current Bugfixes*
(*that I can recall)
  • Alien Resistance's covert actions can now be ambushed - the ambush risk was tied to the faction's rival Chosen; as the Alien Faction has none, their covert actions could never be ambushed. Now, the Alien Faction's CAs are handled differently and can be ambushed as long as there are still Chosen left alive.
  • Fixed ToSaveMankind Resistance Cards - I've fixed their effects so now they: a) stack properly, and b) resets the discount properly when removed.
  • Starting Alien Recruit - overrides the config for giving out a free alien recruit at the start of new campaigns and replaced it with my own config flag. Necessary because the original alien recruit generated for it did not call the RandomizeStats function.
  • Fixed the Gray Market: I never use it so I never noticed until now, but at some point along the way I became no longer able to purchase aliens. Well, now it works seemlessly, and I've updated its UI to better match the BlackMarket's as well as ensuring that the aliens' headshots display properly.
  • Non-Human Healing Limbo: about once per campaign there's one alien whose healing project never gets created after coming back from a mission. There's a tentative place in fix for it, but, if you noticed a Unit that has been glitched in such a manner, you can use console commands to ensure that unit's projects are handled properly. (hopefully with the latest updates no aliens should be glitched in this way)
  • Shadowbound Aliens Inherit the Species' Perks: I have altered all units with the CharacterGroup 'Shadowbind' to pick up any custom abilities added to the SourceUnit's template; this means that a Shadowbound wookiee should be able to climb walls and a Shadowbound dragon should be capable of jumping up ledges.

Plus plenty of other, smaller bugfixes I don't remember due to how long I've been tinkering with this code for.

Species Modules Bugfixes
I decided to fold small bugfixes to the existing AU species modules into this mod, as I notice them.
  • Twi'Leks - twi'leks now have a hacking stat of 5, replacing their default stat of 0, as I don't see any good reason why they should be worse than humans at hacking. Critically, this resulted in twi'leks with negative hacking stat after LWOTC's NCE stat generation.
  • Vipers - changed the Ally Tongue Pull's hitcalc if you have the config set for it to never fail on allies (default: true); this should hopefully stop templars from parrying the tongue pulls from friendly vipers. Also lowered their sight radius back to the normal 27 for human units, they are already OP enough, they don't need that extra bump.
  • Hybrids - now the system that awards hybrids some of the time when capturing/evac'ing an ADVENT unit will no longer trigger off of captured robots. The days of getting a hybrid off of an evac'd hacked MEC or drone are over.
  • Salarians - fixed the typo(s) in their localization that resulted in double quotes at the end of every name generated for them.
