This isn't rigorous, just a quick parsing, so don't hold it against me. I could apply my PBNCE weightings to get a much more accurate result, if persuaded... Also note that sightRadius is sort of measured by 'chunks' of 1.5. +3sight will give 2 tiles extra but I don't know about the rounding on just +1sight.

Finally a suggestion: if the purpose of parties is to have some control over the RNG, it would be cool if you could make a PartyEnder variable (or array) so that you can give a 'surprise party' and end up with Surprised instead of Jubilant sometimes.
