It is a tier 3 attack sub you can't buy it until the Great Sea it has the same amount of weapons as the Typhon2 The weapons it has equipped are 4 small guns and one large one the Typhon2 has three large ones and two small ones the Rockfish has a depth charge tube and one extra super compactor, The ammo boxes are just there because why not. if you don't like them you are not obliged to use them, from experience it is common for a crew at this point in the game to have these ammo boxes. all in all I would compare it to the Kastrull if It didn't have a drone. I don't think the planter boxes affects things too much.
