Evolution Of Snakes
In the Carboniferous period, snakes once had legs for swimming. Monitor Lizards like Urannosaurus was a Piscivorous Crocodyliform of The Early Carboniferous and Early Permian periods, Snakes like Pachyrachis evolved in the Early Cretaceous period along with other ancestors of snakes like Madtsoia.

Urannosaurus and Pachyrachis didn't live at the same time. Urannosaurus lived in the Early Permian period.
