How do I change into different creatures? (Lizards, Scavs, Etc.)
I keep finding people who are lizards and scavangers and I want to be one, what do I do?

Playing in Meadow mode, collect the little glowy red, blue, or yellow things! The yellow ones specifically are for different creatures. Once you collect 8 of them, you unlock a new creature, and you can play as it!
