The worst idea I've had -- Meadowed watcher (kinda spoilery)

Friends cannot join lobby: Name doesn't appear in lobby list for them or anything

Can't save friends

basically can't rescue people, when they're grabbed by a lizard they can't be rescued by me or by other creatures like the vanilla game (you die in one bite).

is this a setting or what am I missing?
