The reason why all localizations are not working is because the last update of the game changed one lowercase letter of the variables to an uppercase letter and also some other name changes.
I've manually changed the letters and for now as a temporary fix until this mod gets updated you can go to
C:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3389003300\mods\[B42] Moodle Descriptions Expanded\42\media\lua\shared\Translate
and replace the Moodles_(language).txt file.

I'm not willing to spend my time editing the other localization files so I'm afraid you'd have to do it yourself or wait until it gets fixed by the authors of the localization files or the owner of this mod.
Keep in mind that the changes are not only the case of the letters so you must open the original Moodles_EN.txt file in C:\Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\lua\shared\Translate\EN
and compare the variables with the file you're editing.
I will now list the changes I've noticed other than the case changes but I might've missed some:

Moodles_bleed_desc ---> Moodles_Bleeding_desc (all levels)
Moodles_zombified_desc_lvl1 ---> Moodles_Zombie_desc_lvl4
Moodles_zombie_lvl1 ---> Moodles_Zombie_lvl4

In some variables there are also case changes in the middle, not only in the first letter. For example Moodles_hascold_lvl1 is changed to Moodles_HasACold_lvl1
