Option to disable automatic engine start and stop?
I know the engine can be manually stopped or started when you're sitting in a car by pressing I, but there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it from manually starting when you get in and stopping when you get out. I know this is just a really small thing but it'd be really cool to have, like how simfphys does.
