also add the ability to open the cargo bay on the cargobob, to do what rockstar took away from us...

give the skylift the ability to lift entities. i want to carry gwarheads with it and drop them on people. yes, i can fill a container prop with bombs and carry it. but that contraption isnt very... reliable.
