The mod doesnt work

I made a singleplayer world with other mods and when I join in I see no sign of the menu of the minimal display bars or anything, I dont know if its one of my other mods (which could be ngl) or if im doing something wrong, or the mod is broken. And I really want to play with this mod.

same here, im thinking it might not be compatible with mini health panel, as it says that mini health bar is not compatible in the mod description. im not sure myself though.
