Here is my thoughts on stats
Pros
+20 damage
Everytime you kill you get a crushed skull (+5% more damage and +10 health)
Leaves a person stunned when they get hit by a charge

Cons
-15 movement speed
no random critical hits
-20 firing speed
-15 health on werarer

Valve doesn't do set bonuses anymore because they decrease the amount of build you can do.

15% More Damage

Every kill you do gives you faster movement and crits for a short period of time

Pride Meter: Once getting enough kills you can blow a war horn that buffs movement speed and gives crits

Cons:

No random crits

20% Slower movement speed

5% Vunerability to Projectiles (Arrows and etc)

These stats look pretty good, but their should be a limit to the amount of crushed skulls you can get. 8 seems good, for a grand total of 80 extra health, minus 15 which makes it 65. The damage is +50%, and then another +20%, which does seem a bit overpowered, so maybe after 6 skulls the damage stops going up.

Maybe Minicritz instead for critz because that'll break the balance or unless it last less than 8 seconds
