Pros:
You can use Fus Ro Dah once every second, instantly killing everyone within a 100 meter radius in front of you, banning them permanently from the server and stealing all their Steam items and account.
+1 damage
Can dual-wield to Fus Ro Dah in every direction, takes away secondary slot
+200% speed
You are immune to bans, mutes, votekicks, team scramble and arrows to the knee while wielding this weapon
+1162 health

Cons:
-10% damage resistance to dragons
-You take 1 damage every 5 days because of the item's weight

I must say, the pros are fine and the cons balance it out very well.
