5 seconds of critical hits when you kill a enemy
+14.9% damage from huntsman
hold right click to prepare a instant critical hit

These stats seem good

bonus attack speed while cahrging is pointless... once you swing you end your charge
btw wayyy too caomplicated for a tf2 wep
