What about a set bonus?
I have no clue what it could be. But it would be awesome to have an item that actually is worth saving up your refined and ♥♥♥♥ to get a full set. But anyway, I'm not a very creative person when it comes to stats. So yeah, I have no clue what to say except I reckon it would be awesome to get a new set for an item as awesome as this

Demo could use another awesome thing ;)

full set bonus : +30% random crits

Or maybe if you charge with it you have a longer time to get a critical hit or something.
