Hear me out, you can get it instantly from an (partialy) easy area to find vehicles in, while the good american vehicles you have to get a gasmask for, yes, I know you can find some of the vehicles at Point Lima but its still much harder to find the american ones than the soviet. I do agree with armoring the vehicle but it shouldn't be too armored.
