Lights dont light up water
title, spotlights (if any lights) dont actually light up the water

2nd issue: during mornings/evenings, only the very top of the skybox is lit up while the sides arent (fog related, idk if it can be fixed)

fog also causes harsh cutoff of skybox colors at certain altitudes
