Teardown Internal Issue - Vehicles

- Issue with vehicles in Q3P causing limited rotation.
- Vehicles tend to have miss-matching character seat heights, causing clipping issues in the roof.
- Current solution: Disable Q3P in vehicles.

I've thought of a fix to create realistic interior behaviors based on character actions,
however in tank-like vehicles with enclosed spaces, this may not work, more to be done.

grabbing sometimes grabs objects offset to what you're trying to grab
