are there bandits?
I've been playing with this mod for a while but the only NPC's I've found so far are static families or couples, are there any hostile NPC's like in the bandits mod? also, are there any consequences to killing neutral NPC's?

+1 I've not found many bandits -yet- However im ensuring I've got the latest update before making a judgement plus playings w/ a lot of mods.
