better position for the muzzle flash

I don't know if you're still updating this, but it would be better if the muzzleflash came out of the first-person viewmodel, like in this mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3421368210&searchtext=flashlight
