It's not exactly universe-breaking though, so if you DO want to update take plenty of screenshots first and move any items out of the mod's containers
If it's not too late, I do have downloads for the old versions of the patches available, but Steam doesn't like the download links (which, fair I guess.)
I'll try again a different way, try going to mediafire, /folder/aqg3zfw710del

I loaded back into that character and I was able to eat it, but it didn't appear in the collection menu. Crafting the food again didn't cause my character to crash. It might be because I have other mods which add food items but I'm not sure.
Might be unrelated but after examining the food collection menu it still says I've got the Cryo Bunny, Scorched Dog, Bio Meal, and Phase Paper Rolls in my collections menu even though I've not crafted them since installing the new mods. Maybe it's because they all ready had the new item IDs?
EDIT:
Did some further examination, I seem to have some duplicate collection ID numbers for the craftable meals. All the ones I listed above as still being in my collection menu are set as being number 6969. Don't know if that's helpful but thought it could be.
(EDIT: it's just gone. completely missing. oops.)
the material foods and collection indeed have the same IDs as they did before as that's the new standard
and as for 6969, i gave up with the numbering. it's just a placeholder
if it's annoying, patman's collection numberer should deal with that
