If you're familiar with Aseprite and want to try your hand at creating PCC files for Elin, I've compiled the export script I wrote for Aseprite into a convenient extension bundle that will self-install.

It includes the export script, some example files and color palettes for both skin and a grayscale ramp that works well for tintable items.
