After 7 months of battling through Knox County's trials and tribulations I now have a working farm with a modest selection of animals and respectable selection of young crops. The most precious of my coming harvest are the tobacco plants.
Running low on pre-made cigarettes, I plan on stretching my current stash out until I can harvest, dry out, and start smoking my home grown produce.
Countless homes ransacked, fanny packs opened, cars searched, bars raided. I even broke into Irvington's tobacco shop. But in all my travels I have found just the one, solitary, less-than-half-full pack of rolling papers.
So I installed this mod, hoping to channel my fourteen-year-old self, scraping tree bark into the torn-out page of a science book whilst bunking off PE.
But with the mod installed I still can't make rolling papers... I have three different kinds of scissors on me. Magazines, newspapers, skill books and empty seed packets. But I still can't figure out how to turn these resources into something I can roll tobacco up in to for smoking.
The mod has installed and I have enabled it in PZ's mods page...
I've tried the 'B' menu, right-clicking on paper items, right clicking on scissors; nothing works...
What am I missing?
