Unable to download properly

I downloaded/subscribed to the mod, and I made sure it was in my mod folder in my C drive. But yet it doesn't show in my mod list in-game nor allow me to enable the mod.

Its for B42 and i got a feeling you try to use it in B41, which won't happend.
